I am really satisfied with the way things are moving in NG. Plots keep moving and when one ends, another starts and ongoing ones keep moving. The teams are kept busy doing things because that's the whole purpose of the characters being heroes. They go out and DO STUFF. They fight the bad guys, protect people and yet manage to have fun in between crises.

The "Rate a Hunk" thread was a ton of fun and I can wait to see the guys do "Rate a Babe". Looking forward to the really big "Brides of Set" finale. It should be interesting and a challenge to have a fight scene with all of the teams involved. I'm looking forward to some of the plots on deck. Some should be fun and some should be really interesting to see how they play out. I love seeing ethical discussions.

People are keeping characters active. I think out of the 40+ characters we have, maybe three or four are inactive. Those are pretty damn good numbers. We got a few new players who are just adding to the game. Characters in the game are well thought out and interesting. They all have a purpose and aren't just around to get laid.

I don't regret my decision to move, in fact each day and the more I see I'm happier I made it. There's no drama, no temper tantrums or the like; we chat, we have fun and we talk about ideas and things. It's amazing how fun, even being a mod, can be with a great group of players.


I'd like to see DC NG get a little more active. Which means as a mod, it's my job to get it moving. I need to work with the players and come up with some plots. My DC foo is weak, but I can change that.

Exiles is moving along. I need to line the next plot up. The one we're doing now is funny and should continue to be awesome. Seriously. KISS. I've always loved the Exiles idea and I'm glad I started this game.

One thing I do need is one game where I can just play. Not be a mod, not run plots and just relax.

I'm not stressed and pretty damn happy.
